Ordered 2 pieces - one for my wife and one for me. We do it in the evening next to watching Netflix for about 15 minutes. It's hard to believe all the things that are possible. We do it once lying on our back and once lying on our stomach to stretch both sides of the thigh.

I have had pain in my lower back for a long time when I stand or walk for a long time. My physiotherapist said that my thigh muscles are completely shortened. Since physiotherapy is too expensive for me in the long run, I googled and came across Orthovital. I've been using it for about 4 weeks now and I've noticed an ENORMOUS progress. i love it! i am positively surprised how easy it is to become more flexible. i use the fascia stretcher as a supplement to my workouts. about 2 minutes per side and super :-)
